I’ve just got my working holiday visa and I’m going to stay in Australia for a year, start this May. But I can’t quite decide which place to start first. Is Perth or Melbourne a better place to start from and is it easy to get jobs in Perth and Melbounre, like harvest jobs??

Perth has a very high unemployment rate due to the downturn in the mining industry. If you are planning to work I would head for Sydney or Melbourne. There (like the rest of the world currently) is high unemployment everywhere, but the Western parts are the most affected.
For picking work you will need to head further North. Northern and Western NSW and Queensland.

Tim Tams are well known over here. They’re a type of chocolate biscuit. (and totallly addictively yum!)
A good way of eating them is biting off the ends and using it like a straw to drink a little hot chocolate or coffee. Then eat it as its soaked up the flavour of the drink too but before it falls apart.
Maybe a timtam eating competition. and entry fee and a prize for the winner for the most someone can eat in a set amount of time.
